SuperKalam Internship 2024 : This is a position for a super pumped intern who has good engineering fundamentals and wants to work on diverse projects (personalisation, recommendation, scale, etc) in a fast-pace environment

• Prior-internship is a must, preferred if you have been building for 6+ months.
• Good programming fundamentals and ability to write quality code.
• Basic understanding of frontend development.
• Experience with ElasticSearch and Redis.
• Bonus: Experience working with AWS or Azure.
• Preferred: Experience with our tech stack – NestJS (NodeJS) and PostgreSQL.

• Based on prior experience, skills, and culture fit (includes performance bonus).

• Your resume will be shortlisted based on prior experience and your inclination to work with us.
• Introductory call/in-person meeting (20-30 min) – We will discuss your work in detail based on skillset and culture fit.
• F2F Round 1 – Fundamentals of programming, batching, object-oriented principles in JS/Python, etc.
• F2F Round 2 (1 hour) – Programming or LLD system design. This involves:
  • Concretizing requirements from a vague problem statement.
  • Designing DB schema.
  • Considering performance and architectural choices, storage/DB, etc.
• Final discussion round.
