Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Engage with business stakeholders, data engineers, software engineers, and other teams to understand requirements and align data initiatives with business goals.
• Integration and interoperability: Develop solutions that integrate with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs. Ensure smooth data flow and interoperability across systems to maintain accurate inputs for machine learning models.
• Risk assessment and mitigation: Identify risks related to machine learning operations, including data privacy, security, and ethics. Implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance, data integrity, and model robustness.
• Continuous improvement: Optimize machine learning operations infrastructure and processes for efficiency and scalability. Stay updated on the latest MLOps advancements and recommend relevant tools and methodologies.
• Data operations: Build and support data pipelines for training and inference. Understand data requirements and implement optimal data transfer methods.
• RAG applications: Lead the creation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using LLMs, vector databases, and indexing techniques.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Graduate-level program in Computer Science, AI, IT, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Big Data concepts, frameworks, and technologies: Python, NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, Databricks, SQL
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases such as MSSQL and PostgreSQL
• Demonstrated ability to architect scalable infrastructure including data pipelines and storage systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous activities, and drive innovation through creative thinking
• Comfortable working with international teams across various time zones
