• A strong fundamental understanding of computer science through pursuit of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science, math, or a related discipline
• Some experience and familiarity with programming, either through side projects or classwork. We work mostly in Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go. We believe new programming languages can be learned if the fundamentals and general knowledge are present
• Experience from previous internships or other multi-person projects, including open source contributions, that demonstrate evaluating and receiving feedback from mentors, peers, and stakeholders
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and form an understanding of those systems, through independent research and working with a mentor and subject matter experts

• Work closely with data analysts to understand data architecture and build dashboards.
• Develop efficient and reliable data models.
• Maintain and upgrade existing data models.

• Only freshers finishing their graduation/post-graduation in the year 2025 – BE / B. Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / MTech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computers should apply.

• This program starts with a paid 3-month internship where you will be working 21 hours/week as an Intern.
• Internship stipend: INR 7,500/month (Part-time)
• At the end of three months, based on performance, you will be moved to our final paid 6-month training program where you’ll be working 42.5 hours/week as a Trainee.
• Training Stipend - INR 15,000/month (Full-time)
• Upon successful completion of this 9-month program, you will be absorbed on the payroll of the company with a CTC of INR 7,00,000 p.a., based on business requirements.
