Infrrd Internship 2024 : we are looking for a highly motivated intern with a passion for recruitment and people interaction to join our People team for a period of 3 months.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Operational Efficiency: Assist in streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency and follow best practices for HR operations.
• Systems and Technology Management: Oversee HR systems and technology, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization. Support and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
• Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including performance reviews, goal setting, and reports. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of performance-related activities.
• Training Coordination and Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions. Coordinate training activities and provide support whenever needed.
• Policies and Documentation: Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
