House-of-X Internship 2025 : This is a full-time, paid remote internship position with a duration of 4 months. Responsibilities

• At House of X, responsibility is given based on competency rather than seniority. Therefore, you will be continually challenged to solve interesting problems in your day-to-day role as an intern.
• Work with the development team to build and maintain eCommerce platforms and applications using NextJS, React, React Native, React Query, MUI, NodeJS, Express, TypeScript, MySQL, Knex, Git, and GitHub.
• Designing and developing REST APIs.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality of code.
• Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop new features and improve existing ones.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience in building web applications using NextJS, React Query, MUI, NodeJS, and Express.
• Knowledge of MySQL and Knex.
• Experience in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with other technologies such as Bash, Docker, React Native, AWS and so on is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
