Job Description

• College/University Graduate hires within 12 months of graduation (per the company's definition) participating in a structured training and development program under the EMEA Graduate Program.

Responsibilities

• Apprentices: Students enrolled in apprenticeship programs associated with their university, typically in countries with specialized apprenticeship structures.
• College Interns: University students working at the company during their studies or summer breaks between semesters. Used in selected countries where differentiation based on academic year is not practiced.

Education and Experience Required

• Must be enrolled in a university.
