The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering Summer Research Program

• Provides qualified students with engineering research experience at a top research university.
• Offers an in-depth understanding of pursuing a doctoral degree through a full-time, eight-week summer research program.
• Program begins with two weeks of remote involvement, followed by on-campus research.

Program Details

• Eligibility: U.S. citizens, permanent residents, ASU-sponsored F-1/J-1 visa students, and international applicants.
• Stipend: $5,000 with on-campus housing provided.
• Research projects span a wide range of engineering fields.

Target Participants

• Students between the junior and senior years of their undergraduate degree.
• Master’s students considering pursuing a doctorate.
• Participants work under research faculty mentorship and network with industry partners, faculty, and peers through various events and activities.
